Calgary/Edmonton/All of Alberta simply does not have a large enough european car following to turn this into a vortex style place. **** even VWDOV.ca....er "the DOV" doesn't have that many breakdowns. The Vancouver site for all European cars isn't even this broken up.

I'm not trying to be a prick, but when you open a subforum and there are 2 threads...its lame. Hell on the old setup I could go to the two main pages and there were still threads on the first page that were 2-3 days old. This forum simply doesn't have enough members or posters to warrent such a massive change.

Vortex is a different story, you make a post in Mk3 section, go to tech section for 2 minutes, come back to Mk3 section and your post is 1/2 way down the page. They need a breakup because of the amount of users.

we aren't trying to be vortex.. we are trying to cater to local euro peeps that is all.. alot of folks refused to post simply because there wasn't a home for them to post in.. now there is so the forums will eventually fill up

just click on "New Posts" everytime u come or "Todays Posts" and u wont have to worry about looking through the different sections.

just a question, what happened to the Media Gallery? I see Cruise pics being posted in the lounge....isn't that kinda messed?

i dunno what to do about the media gallery because we moved all the media gallery threads to their new spots for the manufacturers so cruise ones kinda don't have a home so i moved a few to the club events spot which i think works..

The media gallery was removed in order to reduce the number of sections, so when you have pictures relating to a specific brand they should go in that category, pics of events, cruises etc should go in the events section (I will move that one thread) and pics of members cars should go in the members gallery. Any unrelated vids or pics should be put in the lounge.
