How To: Adding Pictures or Videos

Many forum users don’t know how to add (also called post or embed) an image.

The process is quite simple:
First the image must first be uploaded to an online photo hosting site.
Then the URL (or link) to the picture must be inserted into the post.

1 - Signup at one of the following website:
www.photobucket.com
www.imageshack.us
www.tinypic.com

2 - Login to the website
3 - Upload your pictures using the website's uploader
4 - Copy the URL of the picture (usually under links on the website)
3 - In the message on the forum, click the Insert Image or Insert Video icons
4 - Paste the URL and click OK

Notes:
For an image to appear, you MUST make sure your URL has the .jpg extension.
You should get the URL from the website's links, not the address bar of your browser.

Your image will appear in this format

Images:
[IMG]*image URL here*[/IMG]

Videos:
[video]*video URL here*[/video]

When you click Post the forum will automatically show the picture or video instead of the URL.

Most people who don't know how to post a photo are usually new members or just posting to try and sell a vehicle and have no idea how to post.
