Big Thank you to Bob at Urban X
Just wanted my first post to be a big thank you to Bob, who got me out of a bind and helped me out in a big way.
I am instructing at the Indy Track Experience in Edmonton this Thursday and unfortunately damaged my rear tires on the weekend and was looking down the barrel of not being able to attend. After a quick review of this forum and the positive experiences that were mentioned I thought I would give Bob a go.
I visited Bob today, Bob took the time to search out possibilities to work within my time frame (very short) and came up with a fantastic solution that will have me on-track. They even installed the tires for me right then and there, just incredible.
Just want to thank Bob for a level of service unequaled and so very much appreciated. If any of you need tires, wheels, balancing etc I can think of no one else that deserves your business other than Bob.
