Probably the ribbon cable inside is broken.

umm is that a case of beer and you and your trusty sodering iron fix or still new cluster... The top section where it says OK most of the time seems to always works .. and the bottom half ie temp and actualy multi function crap wasnt working

I would say bad cable or solder joint so it is more then likely fixable.

There is a ribbon cable that goes to that MFD from the main PCB but it is flexible PCB style and quite difficult to fix. I did one before and was sucessful but it is a bit of a gamble.

Umm so update ... MFA works when its getting info other then the standard temp, fuel consumption ect ... So i get the PRESS THE CLUTCH TO START message .. i get the OK up top once its started .. i am assuming i would get like low washer fluid and other stuff that comes up in the top section .. i get the door ajar pictures.. but when none of that stuff is present it is super black as its dead. Maybe that can help you with what cable it might be.
