Kaltire - Great Service, Knowledgeable staff

Just want to give a shout out to Chad and Adam at Kaltire in the NE.

My car was aligned at max height after an accident in the winter and for my summer ride height i was about 3.5 degrees off toe for each front wheel. Adam and Chad actually knew what they were talking about in regards to lowering the car and airride and asked all the right questions about aftermarket components like rear IDF drop/camber plates etc.

Car now drives straight as an arrow, zero pull (even though Chad said there might be a smidge due to a small castor issue i have) and i can steer well (no bump steer or shift steer).

Highly recommend them for someone as anal about their car as myself

Leonard had an alignment on the A6 there, I believe, and he's pretty low...

I ride super low, they had to remove the front valance for the sights to line up apparently. However i'm not sure how low to get on the rack

Yep nice to see you this morning Sean!.. Chad gave me a great deal on some fancy 19s for my allroad and had them installed today and balanced up.. tomorrow he has me some H&R DRA spacers for the allroad coming in which will complete the look

i'll be coming back to get new 19s for the s4 once my stupid camber wear outs blow a tire on the way to work :/

Kal Tire in general is top notch to deal with, they're bent on making sure you leave happy.

Kal Tire at chinook was a joke for my last alignment. The 19 year old chick doing the alignment couldn't find the right wrench for like 10 minutes, then it took forever to align one wheel with toe in and one wheel with toe out, however both technically within spec, and of course it pulled and the wheel wasn't completely straight. I went into the back to watch (couldn't help )because I am on air and i didn't trust them with my car or setting up the proper ride height etc.

Completely different experience to deal with Adam/Chad who actually know something about cars and suspension/steering/wheels and know what the specs actually mean and do a good job of trying to get the car to actually drive straight.
