I just wanted to thank Alex and share my Matrix experience. I called Alex on Thursday morning, told him I needed winters from him and install. I gave him a timeline of today or tommorrow. Alex found the right tires at a great price, booked me for Friday morning, set up a loaner just in case I had to wait for the tires to arrive at the shop. I showed up at 8am Friday morning, left at 9:30-9:45 with winters on. Great experience.

I will second this, when I ordered my summers, I met up with him and gave him the tires, went by the next day and tires were mounted and good to go, even tossed the rims on the car.

Highly reccomended.
