B5 S4 Bumper Fog Inserts

Hello,

Did the B5 S4 have a Fog Light option? If so, i suspect it pops into place where the current side grill peices are in the lower part of the bumper cover.

Is there a place I can locate/purchase a set of those inserts with the fog light assembly? New or used doesn't matter .

I looked into this last year or so. Best I could find was on AudiWorld in the classified section. Was never an option on the Canadian version of the S4. One thing to keep in mind is that the fog location is in the lower grills, but is also in front of the intercoolers. What stopped my looking into this was the lack of a wiring harness in our cars. If you decide to go ahead with this, I have a front fog switch somewhere I can sell you.

you need completely new front grills.. you cant swap the mesh around.. its plastic welded to the frames/grill already

hey ryan, does that mean you already had the foglight installed? if so do you have a pic. secondly, why are you going back to stock?

From what I understand, most of the wiring should already be in the car. I know on your car there is an extra wire on both side coming down with the horn wiring. The grills are easy to swap out, but the major cost would be the actual foglights.. they are damn pricey! Might be able to find some used ones from someone who went to an RS4 bumper.

no i don't have fogs.. like mark said the wiring 'should' be there but you need to buy the fogs and the front switch and maybe a relay.. they block a bit of air to your ICs so meh
