So, although my new Allroad didn't "need' it yet, I went ahead and had George do the TB job yesterday. As always, service was great and on-time...and at a fraction of the cost of Glenmore Audi.

I'll be paying George's mortgage this month because along with the TB job yesterday, the S4 will be going in next Friday for some major crap (but not turbos...yet )

kyle you mean timing belt hey?

how many KMs when you got it done? i'm going to be hitting prolly 100 by the spring and was thinking of doing it then.. did you buy the parts online or did he supply them all? i know ecstuning sells that big ass kit with a ton of stuff to do when you do the timing belt.

yeah, timing belt and all supporting crap (water pump etc.). There is just over 100k on the car. Manual says 125k, but I think that is a bit high...better safe than sorry. George supplied all the parts and had it done in half a day. I'm going to buy a kit when I pull the engine on the S4, but only because I'll be doing it myself. I've heard the ECS kit has had some problems with the water pump failing though, so I'll probably just go with OEM stuff from APSS.
