    Hey richtard,

Does body work affect an inspection?

and my ignition switch really sucks in cold weather, in almost any weather in general, but really really sucks in the cold....anything i can do for it?

and one more thing, my steering seems to have a mind of it's own. I do need an alignment, but I'll be driving and it'll pull one way, then after a while, it'll pull the other way, and sometimes jerk... could this be balljoints? I installed a used p/s rack from Bill a few months ago, could that be the problem?

ps, Dean needs a direct line to you or something, he practically owns YOUR forum.

I can help with the steering troubles your having.
Does it jump to one side when you accelerate? and then jump to the other when you let off the gas?
If so you have more than likely broken your tie rod.

Dean needs alot of help. If the car is rusted out it affects it, but damaged panels do not.

and the above post about my tie rods probably needing replacement is true? Because that is pretty much the problem, one way when i accelerate, opposite when i let off.

            Thanks Richard, you's the man

Hopefully the tie rod wont be as costly for your car as it was mine.
It was just about $1600 for the labour and everything.
Or you deal with a better dealership maybe....
