engine swaps? Costs?

Hey

Can you guys do engine swaps?

I want to swap an Audi 10v 5cyl engine into an 85' Scirocco.

Is this possible? How hard would it be?


Would a vw tranny bolt to the 5cyl ? and just get mounted the 'right' way in the car?

I thought I read somewhere that the engine is to long to mount transversely.

Also engines never just bolt right in.

the bolts might line up.. doesn't mean anything else will.

You really must lay off the meth... I too think the engine is too long to fit transverse, nice try though. Also, you don't have enough money to do that kind of work.

I have more then enough money to put an engine into a car .. gosh !

I changed my mind anyways.. im jsut gonna weld the tabs back to the subframe and bolt the control arm back on !
