  • Smoked side markers

I just got some smoked side markers for Christmas, I got them swaped no problem but they don't sit flush. So I'm assuming that im going too need too file some plastic off. My Jetta is a 2004, if any one has had this same issue please let me know what you did too fix it.

    Thanks.

They should fit like the OEM's. Sure you put them in right?

Are you taking about the square reflectors, or the round signals? I swapped in smoked ones and found the round ones were not flush at all and ended up simply returning them. The square ones werent to much better, so I just ended up color matching my stock ones, much cleaner look I think.

I got the side markers from C1. They were the ones in the bumper, I was putting them in correctly. I just used a nice big file and shaved down some of the plastic on the top edge they popped in just fine after that.
