  • my VW is a vibrating!

Hey guys, I just took the car in to the shop. As of this morning my car has began to vibrate....violently!! There seems to be NO power and when I stop or try and give some acceleration the car bogs down and the whole thing shakes.....conveniently I just rolled over 80,000km. I just had it in for the 64,000km tune up this month, any chance that tune up could have some how created this problem I now have?? I am still able to drive the car as long as I baby it Any Ideas????

          Spark Plugs Coilpack.
I had the same thing happen to me. No juice at all.

Was the car shaking as soon as u got it back from the shop? If so, check that the sparkplugs were installed properly, and that they are in their proper firing order position.
My last mechanic plugged in my wires to wrong firing order, led to violent shaking of engine, no power, which snapped my engine mount, which led to a shredded Radiator fan, which led to overheating, which led to blown radiator.
Note I said he was my 'last' mechanic. :P
Sooooo you should really get your problem figured out pronto.

Turns out it was the coil pack, got it replaced...things are back to normal...to bad I can't blame it on the tune up and have them pay for it....guess its time to up grade to a new one...maybe a new GTI!
