  • Brushed Aluminium kits?

Hey guys I want to do a brushed aluminum look in my Gti, but can't afford the $500 for the OEM one. Has anyone found an aftermarket kit thats a stick on kind that they think is actually worth it. Im assuming a lot of you are going to say "Stick on is lame", but who has actually used one or seen one to actually make this statement.

Here is a site for stick on kit that doesnt look bad, and at least it isnt a cheap ebay kit.

    Thanks guys

Some pieces look good but other pieces look bad IMO when it comes to stick ons. Be careful what you stick on!

Well here's what Im consdering guys. Going with the stick on around the console:

And then OEM pieces for the drivers side and passenger handles:

This would save me the $215 American for the OEM centre console, and hopefully give a nice look. I think its the vents pieces, and 2 pieces on the doors that make this stick on kit look cheesy, so if I dont put anything on the vents and go OEM on the handles do you guys think this will look any good? Just a note these stick on pieces are real aluminum and arent clear coated.

Thanks Ryan. TMTuning looks cheaper than this guy currently, but Ill keep checking ebay because your right you can usually save a ton of money.

Console is the last place I'd use stickers, with all the joints etc. Stick on maybe around the vents, but the rest would be obvious.
