  • rear washer nozzle repair

    just saw a post in the retailer forum

    depending on the location of the break, the tube can be repaired.
    pretty self explanatory when you take the rear motor apart.

    I feel like a retard asking this but how do u spray water for the back wiper?
    I never got around to try it out lol

          well how the hell do you use it? my car didnt come with operators manual so,

          thats a pretty sneaky place to put it, didnt even know it was there. lol

            you press forward on the wiper
            Now: 00 2dr Golf TDI, 03 Jetta Wagon TDI, 02 2500HD Duramax

              That looks like a pic I took ages ago. It is really pretty easy to do but getting the right lenght is the hardest part although I am sure it is not really critical.

                mine broke several years ago. it's a really bad design on VW's part.

                At time time not many people's rear washer had broken so I was able to snag an entire barely used rear wiper motor assembly from some guy in Arizona who shaved his hatch. got it for under $50 shipped to my door

                A friend of mine managed to replace the tube with some kind of plastic tubing that he found at a hobby shop. it fit perfectly, too.
