Strange Clicking Help...

Hey Everyone,

So my car has today decided to start making a clicking sound. It happens when the car is in 3rd,4th, and 5th gears when the engine loaded decelerating on the gear.

It doesn't make the noise when the clutch isn't in, so I'm pretty sure it's not the transmission.

I was curious if it might be something to do with diverter valve.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
