Is my car supposed to have cupholders in the back? Not that VW has their brightest engineers working on the cupholder design but, every Jetta I've been in has a cupholder in the back just under the armrest. Did they forget to install one?

cupholders we dont' need no steeekin cupholders.. don't let people drink/eat in your car man.. mess it up..
but seriously i've never even sat in the back seat of my car so i dunno about the cupholders.. i know there is an ashtray but i dunno about the rest i guess i'll check tommorow -
they removed the cupholders in the back for 2003 i think. or maybe it was 2002.
anyway, both my 99.5 and 2000 golfs have cupholders in the back. i'm sure you can order the OEM armrest part that has the cupholder pop out if you really want itSimonComment
