Spotted: VW Polo in Edmonton

Hey Guys,

I saw a VW Polo cruising north bound on 97th st today as I was driving to school. I'm not 100% sure what the color was due to the rain, but it looked really cool.

I'm not fromiliar with Polo's that well, so I can't even tell you what generation it was. I'm guessing early 90's because it had the bug eye circle headlights.

I think it's early 90's, the car is owned by a tech at my shop. The color is baby poo brown.

There was a new one around Calgary that a few people saw (including me) it was dark Blue and had Mexico plates on it.

Anyway, yea, what Blair said, show some pics!

The Guy is from MNexico, I would show you the Indigio Blue Polo he has but: A) I didn't have my Camera on me when I saw the Car at Southgate VW in Edmonton, B) my New Rabbit was getting its Recurt Heater for winter put in.

So there are some ( older ) Polo's around !

That's an type 86c ( 1981-1990 ).
Looking at the interior it could be a GT ?
Any details ?

I'm moving to Lloydminster in a few weeks time.
Still not sure if I should take my Mk1 Polo with me.
