Upsolute FMIC Questions

I am considering the purchase of a used Upsolute FMIC an have a few questions for you guys. I looked at the intercooler and it looks to have a few bent fins from rocks and bugs or what not, but nothing has gone through the intercooler. My question is should I be really concerned about this? And my other question is how hard is it to install and what plastic parts do I have to shave down?

You'll end up with bent fins anyways.. dont worry about it. Get a dremel and your life will be easy./
