Well i removed my headliner back in July, and i just finished it and put it back in yesterday. I must of spent at least 30 hours taking it out, reupholstering it, and putting it back in, took so long cause i was lazy. The hardest part was taking out the fold down mirrors cause it has like a hook style clip that you dont know about till its out.
Then removing the sliding sunroof cover was a pita, i broke one of the clips. When i had it out of the car i never put one of the drain tube clips back on properly so instead of water going down the drain tube it leaked onto my back seat. The A, and C pillars were the easiest to cover in suede, the sunroof cover was fairly easy also.
The hardest was around the sunroof b/c the fabric doesnt stretch, around the holy sh!t handles, and the mirrors/sunroof motor area. I also coudlnt get the B pillar done with out wrinkling, but i dont have anymore suede left either so those 2 pillars are not done yet.
Im not very satisified with how it turned out theres quite a bit of wrinkles, but it was my first time doing anything like this. Heres the pics...
I havent actually wired the boost gauge yet i dont know how to yet..
