I was wondering if anyone knew roughly how much it would cost to get the trunk shaved, and the rear bumper resprayed since its all scuffed up from when i bought the car. Also, what shops do you recommend for paint and body work?

Go to screamin paintworks 4101 19th ST NE, He did my hatch, bumpers and grill. Tell him Mitch sent you too :P
Getting a trunk painted I would guess would be around 400, not sure what kind of labour charges they would ask for to shave the hatch though. -

shaving a hatch does not take very muchtime at all, $200 would get it done plus paint.SimonComment

A jetta trunk is going to cost more as you have to remove and fill the lock etc. I think Ryan paid about $600 back in the day.Name: Brent
