    I was told by the GM at Northland to take my car and go somewhere else.
    How's that for customer service - my ass!

    When I bought my 02 1.8T they broke a clip doing the PDI on my sunroof slider - it's taken 5 visits to correct the problem. On the last try I went in there with the rubber seal flapping in the wind and oh boy was there ever a shouting match in the service area.
    They gave me a loaner (a bug for crying out loud) and was told to grow up, it's only a car, it's not like it's anything expensive.
    OMG - I paid over $30K for my car and they tell me it's normal for things to break.... what kind of attitude it that? I would expect that from Ford or Dodge but not a "quality German" manufacturer.
    Anyway - just wanted to vent a little on this topic as well.

    SCFC ROCK! Awesome hours, great staff - the shuttle driver is a little scary but at least he takes me DT and does not drop me off at the LRT.

      really.. i'll try out northland for a while and see what they are like then i guess southcentre cuz 5th is kinda far away but if i get treated like crap 5th it is..
