  • Royal VW - Vernon, BC

So I had to book in my car on my holidays in Vernon's Royal VW to get the rear control arm bushings replaced (it took me a while to diagnose the clunking, and found the chewed out bushings the day before I left.. so I booked along the way). All in all a good experience. The labour took longer then expected (which sucks when you are just hanging around the dealership), but I was charged appropriatley. Just like to say that the guys there were all friendly and helpful. I'm sure its a pain in the ass to have me hanging around all day waiting for my car. The bushings were long overdue, I noticed better handeling on the first corner I took. So thanks to Royal VW, I know there is at least one of you over there that browse through these forums.
