I have an MKII 92 jetta, need some advice on what the best plan of attack would be to lower my jetta. like where can i get it done, where can i get the suspension kit and whats good quality. thanks

Coilovers are usually the best choice, they give you height adjustability and/or dampening adjustability. Those will run you anywhere from 700-1600.
You can get a cup kit which will lower you a certain amount, those run from 400-700 I believe.
Other than those, you can cheap out and get lowering springs which will ruin your struts eventually and give you a shitty ride.
Last ditch effort = Cutting springs.

If this car is a beater, dont bother lowering it and just keep it as a winter ride when you get the car you want. that way you wont be wasting your money on a beaterPatryk
