I have an MKII 92 jetta, need some advice on what the best plan of attack would be to lower my jetta. like where can i get it done, where can i get the suspension kit and whats good quality. thanks
obviously i only want the best for my car, but i think the cup kit would be all i can afford. there not too terribly bad are they? i only want a 2 inch drop or so.
how shitty of a ride does cutting springs give you? and is there a spisific way to go about doing it?
sorry man, don't mean to be rude but don't even think about doing this.... you will get a terrible ride quality and if you cut them short enough you run the risk of the springs falling out of their seats when the suspension extends over bumps
If this car is a beater, dont bother lowering it and just keep it as a winter ride when you get the car you want. that way you wont be wasting your money on a beater

seconded.
i never understood the need to spend money on a beater car. hold off, and save it to get even an early 2000's car!
