    goodwill recall on window regulators?

    Will local dealers honor the silent recall/goodwill recall on mk4 window regulators?

    one of the clips in my driver's door is broken and i can move the window around by hand.

    Call and ask, and mention that you remember the letter saying it was 8 years or so? (I did get such a letter). I bet no dealer will give you any hassle if you show you already have knowledge of it. But call first - got 3 dealers to try.

      Both my windows were fixed without much hassle @ 5th ave...
