help me fix taillights before FFH

if anyone knows anything about electrical they wanna give me a hand to sort out why my indicators aren't working?

will pay in beer. i just want these fixed and can't for the life of me figure it out. i suck at electrical.

its either someone gives me a hand or i drive like an ******* because i cant indicate on the cruise.

when you put them on do they just not flash and stay on?

they dont flash or anything. nothing happens. i have NO signals
