finally, after getting pulled over a lot in hopes of seeing what the 'village police' would do when they saw my AB license (all have let me go before because there was no point in writing me a ticket they said, so i felt immune), the other day i got an official ticket. also, with foreigners, you have to pay the cop on the spot, no "credit tickets" are issued. anyway, i was going 76 in a 50. fine was 50zl, which is about $18.50 and 2 points. but i doubt they send that to canada, and i doubt even more that if canada does get it, it will go on my record... on a final note, too bad cops in NA dont use handwriting like that, surely it would fall under the 'unreadable' category and probably get thrown out ahahah.
