Asking for all dubbers help...stolen wheels (sad pics)
Posting for a good friend of mine from Toronto Ont...
Ok guys, here it is:
Friday morning my roomate and I walked out to our cars to go to work, only to find them on cinder blocks My brand new Jlines, barely 1 week old, gone. Both windows smashed open...deck, gone.
Thing the about these wheels are:
1) They are SUPER rare here in Canada (easy to spot)
2) Custom made (offsets) so that they will ONLY fit a MKIV or Audi TT
3) The tire I had on I bought from Euroline and are a new brand that only Euroline is importing from Italy...Marangoni (again easy to spot)
So based on point #2, they may pop up somewhere on a MKIV.
My roomates wheels are more common. They look like the 5 spoke spyns. But they are generic 5 spokes, and will fit a lot more vehicles.
All authorities have been contacted (little help) and insurance has been contacted and car is in the shop. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up if you ever see them.
