1981 Rabbit, MINT condition, what is it worth?

Hey Guys, long story short my dad just won a 1981 rabbit with 101,000 km's, 100% stock and mint! He didn't plan on winning it as he got outbid a few days before and then a bid got retracted an hour before the end so he wins.

What is this thing worth?

if it has been restored and with good body/paint I think they go for the $3-4Kish range. I maybe wrong but I think that is what Ken at C1 sold his old rabbit for.
