  • Frustrated with CMS

I'm interested in buying Axis wheels for the 330i. I've phoned this week at least 3 times, and the sales reps are always busy and they always take my phone number down and never phone me. I'm getting kinda tired, probably just gonna use tiretrends.com . These were the wheels i wanted

Wanna get those wheels in that exact offset, in 20's baby!!!

They are definately busy as hell. It's probably just best to drop in and make your order in person. Talk to either Bob or Arif, them playaz will help you out. Can't wait to see the wheels! Those look crazy hot! (and I thought you said no mods for this car hahah)

                  Update**

Talked to Justin, he's hooking me up. However due to more practical issues, we may go with 19's instead.

i believe they still HAVE great service. i'm pretty sure voilender would have got a call back! i was in the same situation as he was, and i recived a call back. you can't blame them for being busy. like i said earlier there short staffed. it seems like everyone is. at least there employees are helpfull and know thier stuff unlike some places like c1.

                            Hey everyone!

First off, let me apologise for the lack of attention that it seems some people have been getting. I am by no means trying to give an excuse as much as a reason. Yes, we are absolutely swamped out of complete and utter control. I am not kidding whatsoever...

We are extremely understaffed at the moment, and with the job situtation in this city, anyone who is good is already working, and anyone who isn't also has a job. We have hired a couple of green people, and even though they are great guys, they require a serious amount of training and that required a lot of attention and time, as I am sure you can understand.

Myself personally, I am a manager, and I have been going in at 6:00 in the morning just to try and get extra packages done that have been sold from days, or even more in some cases, ago. Many of us have been constantly putting in 13 hour+ days, 6 days a week for the last couple months just to try and stay on top of the bare minimums... I sometimes only see my desk for 10 minutes a day, and even then it is impossible to return the dozens upon dozens of emails on top of the dozens upon dozens of phone calls I receive every day, let alone the day to day in store activities. On top of that I have to spend the vast majority of my time just trying to get the packages all mounted as the regular guys just can't stay on top of it, and I don't think most of you would want someone who doesn't know what they are doing mounting your multiple thousand dollar packages....

All I can say is that we are truely trying, but without qualified people to hire in this town, things are hard to change on demand. Please do not think we are not trying because everyone is doing every freaking thing they can, but we are only human. I spend WAYYYY more time with my customers than I do with my own wife and kids, and I am not alone. Please try to have a bit of patience and if you need something from me, you just have to pester me. It isn't because I don't want to, but I only have 2 hands and 2 ears, so I can't get everything in a quick and timely fashion right now. Hell, it is 10:30 PM and I am just able to sit down and try to answer some of my threads and PM's on the many clubs I try to work with...

Now as for you Volinder, Justin had asked me about the Penta's and I can definitely hook you up. If you call me tomorrow and bug the crap out of the people who answer the phones, I will do my best for you.

And lastly, thanks to everyone else for the nice comments! It is always appreciated, and especially now when we are all getting burnt out but are still trying our best...
