  • child seat anchors

I tried searching but can't find the thread I was looking for. Does anyone know if VW is supposed to supply child seat anchors with the car? If not I'll pick a couple up from SSFC when I have the car in for service on Friday.

Brent - if you read this... are they hard to install? I'm guessing you just thread them into some pre-tapped holes near the seatbelts or something? I gots a lot to learn about this whole dad thing

There are two flat hooks in the back that you clip into they are right beside where the seatbelt bolts into the frame (ie under the seat cushion). If you are there thursday I can give you a hand Ohh and don't worrry about the dad thing, it will come naturally when the time arrises

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it Thurs night... too much stuff to do around the house, and definitely don't have the time to clean the car. I'm not a very good member in supporting the club meetings as of late, but hopefully I can turn that around.
