hey guys any one actualy used the apr onsite 1.8t chip tuning that you can get at concept1?
if so, tell me how you liked it, and is it worth the money?
I've got it on my 2003 GTI 1.8T and I love it. Definetly worth the money IMO, with most cars its pretty difficult to get those kinds of power gains for that kind of money. I've got 2 programs, stock and the 91 octane so I can switch between the two if I ever bring it to the dealership for service or anything.
There are other options though, from what I've heard Upsolute is just as good and doesn't cost quite as much. There's Revo in Edmonton but thats pretty much the same as APR. And Neuspeed now has on site tuning so you don't ahve to have anyhthing soldered, but I dont think they've got that for the 1.8T.
Let me know if you have any questions...

I've got it on my car. I'm a huge fan - well worth the money. I test drove GIAC, Revo Stage 1 (available in Calgary now) and APR before deciding on APR. I got very poor part throttle reponse with both GIAC and Revo. APR was super smooth. Biggest gains were with GIAC, but driveability is numero uno for me. I liked Revo least of all. You may want to try Upsolute as well. I didn't try it myself, but I've heard good things.
oh right on good news
i went to the APR site, and they have the same tunnings of auid a4s 1.8t as well... so i'm not yet sure if i'm gonna get a mkiv jetta or the a4, but C1 should be able to program both ecu's right?
