Mirror change??!!

hey can some one give me the heads up on how to remove the old mirror setup, i have a Gl so i dont have power mirrors.. i took a look at it and dont know where to start? inside? or outside?

what part of the mirror the glass or the shell

if its the glass, just grab it and pull hard... otherwise you need small screwdriver for the housings.
