well replacing just the muffler is pretty dumb but you can get just a catback exhaust to save some money or the best is to get a complete turbo back exhaust.

milltek is supposed to be pretty quiet
APR is also supposed to be quite nice

I've tried Milltek and Autotech. Autotech kicks major ass. I sent my Milltek back twice...

Definately go with a downpipe as well. I wouldn't bother replacing the stock cat. It already has a 2 1/4" diameter and flows quite well (unless you're going BT)

My Autotech was pretty quiet before putting in a downpipe. Sounds super badass now. Don't forget your Powerflex bushings!
