    Re: getta, Jti conversions...

If you find a color-matched car, you can do it in a parking lot. I'm not so hot on the Getta, but the JTI looks sweet!

        Re: getta, Jti conversions...

Based purely on the pictures here and on the Vortex, I think it works out better both ways, for the JTI and the Getta...I think VW really should have sold them with the fronts swapped in the first place (it makes the Jetta look sportier and the GTI look classier)....

If I could trade my A4 for a Getta GLI I would...!

especially wit the mis-aligned hood. but yea, you have a point. i think it would need an aftermarket bumper.

^ maybe youre talking MK4 im not sure but:
i know for a MK3 you only need the lights, hood, and grill...
you can even keep the hood and throw a grill spoiler on
the fenders and the bumper are the same...

Yea, MK3 is easy, MK4 is quite a bit more complex.

ya, mk2 > anything is right.

peronsally its mk2>mkV>mk1>mkIV>mkIII ..but I cant say that mkV fits where it does, just from what Ive read

                          Re: getta, Jti conversions...

                          GTI: MK1 > MK2 > MK5 > MK3> MK4

                          Jetta: MK2 > MK4 > MK3 > MK1 > MK5

Edit: for the record, I am against front end swaps oin MKIV's. Looks like total **** IMO. MK3 FE swaps are hot tho.
