Almost 80K, original clutch, brake pads and rotors. Works for me.

Mines over 80K too, original clutch, brake pads, etc....I'm not too hard on the clutch though, I'm dreading changing it......Actually, now that I think of it, all my tranny bolts have been turned before, so maybe my car was an early victim?

I replaced mine at 100k and am now at 125k. It's a beautiful feeling when you have a light flywheel. Rev's so happily

Hey B5, what did the clutch jobs at Southcentre on the 1.8T cost? I've got to do my '00 Passat soon. Thanks, -Rob.

Hey Bart; is that info on the 1.8T clutch still valid? I couldn't find eutuning in the Calgary yellow pages. & is tunedub the best (cheapest) place in Calgary to get the work done? How 'bout Tony's? Thanks.

Call and ask them - I think George said clutch was 800ish incl parts, concept1 was around 1K. Dealer was 1400. But that was awhile ago.

Just for interest, I'm almost at 130K, have apr etc and have raced numerous times and still no slip or grind. Still original brakes too. I want lightened fly but won't toss good parts.

And EUTUNING is a local guy with a website http://www.eutuning.ca/ he's been doing Upsolute chips for years and started selling lots of various parts a few years back. No risk.
