  • FK 35/40 Kit Installed

Sooo I am incredibly glad I put the new suspension in. FK 35/40mm Springs and Shocks. It looks INCREDIBLE and handles great. The drop is PERFECT just less than two finger widths between the tire and wheel well all the way around. Lower than I thought it would be - if you are concerned that this drop will not be noticable - think again. The back looks exactly the same as the front to me, no rake that I can see. I am glad I listened to all the good reviews about FK!!

When I break the front end doesn't dip, and I don't feel like I am going airborne when I accelerate any more. I haven't had an alignment yet but the ride is still great. Its not as rough as I expected, definitely well within the acceptable range. I highly recommend this. It ended up costing $950 with all parts and installation and tax and NVD discount.

Note: These pictures SUCK. My digital camera cost $50 and there is no room on my driveway to take them. Also its been raining all day so the car is filthy. I will take some nice shots of the whole car one of these days...

The mud-flaps need to go now. If I don't take them off, a speed-bump will. Plus, they make the wheels look weird now that the car is lower.

This picture is at a bad angle, so it doesn't really show the height well. But in reality I can just barely squeeze two fingers into this gap.

It was about $625 for the kit plus install and tax. I'm already having to be quite careful, this is plenty low enough for the way I drive
