1 word... 2002 GT Mustangs are fast, scary fast. It was my friends Mustang and all I can say is wow. I just wanted to see if I could keep up.

He didnt fully destroy me but he had a good 2 cars ahead of me.

2nd try on a roll he was creeping away from me, and stayed steady 1-2 cars ahead of me. We were hitting speeds 160km+

My mods: Upsolute chip, K&N Air Filter.

ahhh the mustang. always the archrival of an import driver. The bench mark as to test how fast ones car is.

Ohh yes indeed. They are fast, but the interior is like entering a human sized POS.

its funny you mention this because two nights ago I was racing going back home and a brand new mustang GT pulls up beside me and when the light turrns green I, of course, do a terrible launch but it was soon over and my opponent was officially "owned" by a very simple looking Jetta. Apparently those cars have 250hp... when i reached near top of third gear his car quickly began loosing all ground... stage 2 rocks. However... i still need more power because I met a driver of a supercharged S2000... now THAT is a fast car. I need more boost.

You must have a smoking fast Jetta. 2002 4.6L GT Mustangs are rated 4.6-litre, SOHC V8 with 260 horsepower and 302 lbs-ft of torque.

What mods do you have and whats your HP/TQ rating?

yeah... I know man... maybe the mustang is just tons of low end power? i dunno. i guess he could have just not tried? I doubt my car is much more than 260-270hp. Maybe he had a base model withh a GT body kit. haha

Mustangs make good torque. v8, with a 4 banger of any sort you can't hope to compete out of the hole with that. But once your planted and going, look out, stang headlights in the rearview.

Seans car has plenty done with it enough that a stock stang shouldn't be a problem.

Sean, i seen your cars lots in the north west. Total Sleeper. nice.
