    Phatbox Needed to test!

    Just wanted to ask if someone could lend me their phatbox for a couple of hours. I need to see what the hell is wrong with my setup in my car! I have mine hooked up to my navi right now but it isn't working. The lights on the PB come on and flash like it's working, but the 'CD' option on the navi is greyed out. Somebody's help would be greatly appreciated . Oh, if anyone has a factory cd changer, I could use that as well.

    Did you do the mods to the nav?

      maybe the cd harness isnt pushed in all the way, me and chris had that problem i remember now, like you have to push it in alot in the main harness... then the CD shows up...

        Yeah, I did the "Eddie Fiola" mod over the weekend....seems like I have no luck with electronics lately. I bought a 50" LCD tv last week, got it home and found out the screen was fried! The guy at the store said only about 0.25% of them have problems....tell me that isn't bad luck!

        Anyway, I tried pushing the wires every which way possible but I guess I'll give it another try. The guy I bought the harness from is sending me another one before Christmas....hopefully that'll do the trick if nothing else works

        Anyone have a PB or changer they want to lend me? It'll take less than 5 minutes....I'll buy you a beer for Christmas

          Where 'bouts are ya? I'm all the way south in DeWinton, so might be a lil too far to meet up with ya. Let me know.

          Oh, just checked your profile, Calgary N.W. If you're gonna be down in the deep south let me know and I could possibly meet ya down here. Of if I head up north I'll let ya know, but no plans for that in the near future anyhow.

            Yeah, that's a little far but I'll keep it in mind...thanks for the offer . Anyone else? I know someone has to have a PB or a changer, it'll only take 5 minutes I promise....
