Anyone ever successfully use a PhatBox card to transfer music TO a computer? My comp. crashed and I lost all my music....only place it exists now is on that card.

If you mean can you move music from the PhatBox cartridge to the computer, the answer is yes. Just reinstall the PhatNoise software, connect the cartridge, and drag em over.

Yep, I even used mine as a portable HD for a week or two, while I was sending a couple computers back for repair, etc.
Just copy the files off of the cartridge back onto your computer through windows explorer or something similar.
