              Re: suspension

put the GLI suspension in me TDI yesterday. A lot less bouncyness. Install went mostly smooth. For the money, I'm pretty happy.

PS. i ordered some tools from metalnerd to do this. I got the spreader you need to remove the struts, and i got the socket that lets you tighten the top bolt on the strut while holding the strut from turning with a hex socket. (impact takes it off well, but I like tightening by hand..). If someone needs to borrow these sometime, i'm sure we can arrange something )

its noticable, but not drastic. my intent was to measure before i swapped, but i got to excited and had the old ones off before i remembered. I'll have to check against another that still has stock.

An even bigger question is how much better does it handle? Much better I bet.

drove back from BC with it, but the roads were to snowy to give it a real test. i notice a lot les front to back movement when accelerating and shifitng.
