  • Cheap Gas in the West Inner-City?

    Hey All,

So I have finally completed my move to the Inner-city (Westside) and have been trying to locate some bargain basement Premium for my ride. So far, I haven't been able to locate anything like my old stomping grounds, the Centex on Centre Street North. Anyhow, was just wondering (for those of you in the area) where do you fill up/recommend?

FYI. I have checked www.calgarygasprices.com however, there seems to be pretty scarce information for Inner-city SW Calgarians.

(P.S. Any suggestions relating to stations with Hot chicks as cashiers/gas jockeys is also appreciated! )

    Cheers...

I gas up at superstore in westhills during the winter (7 cents back if you grocery shop there) otherwise I buy 94 at the husky on bow trail/37th.

I find 94 at husky to be as cheap sometimes cheaper than 92/91 at other stations...

Why not the centex at ~17st and 16ave N.W. by the home depot? It's usually cheaper than the one on centre st. Also, go on wednesday and sat/sun, it's 2 cents off per litre. Superstore is a good idea too, I am going to go by the one in westhills, since it's near my parents place. See if it has diesel too

I find a lot of cheap gas prices that aren't posted on calgarygasprices, I try to post all of them, but I usually forget a few. I live in inner-cityish N.W. (by north hill mall), so I'm looking for cheap gas (well, diesel) in a similar area.

Thanks for the good tips! I see that Husky all the time in my travels... however, I had no idea they had 94 there. I will definitely give them a try next time I need a fill up. As well, I'll have to try the Superstore out in Westhills too. Good call. By the way, does the Canadian Tire out in Westhills have pumps too? They used to be pretty budget on the gas prices there (with in store coupons) but now, I think they've kind of ended that era.

            Cheers...
