I'm thinking of taking advantage of the FK suspension stuff being 20% off and I"m curious how good the Hi-tec kit is, I'm thinking of the 60mm kit but currently I have about a 1.25" drop and have to worry about speed bumps and such, thats all with stock shocks though and there pretty much dead now.

As a whole how is the kit? Also anyone have any pictures of the 60mm kit.. Its to bad there isn't a kit thats in between, I'd prefer about 1 finger gap with 17" rims.

          Bouncy or rough?

Coilovers should be rough but not bouncy.

When you hit a bump, you should feel the bump, but after, no bouncing!

These are what I want for the rabbit, I'll see if I have the cash come spring though. (this exact one is actually off a 3 series though) what you can't see is the reservoir, makes for a much better ride.

have fk high sport coilovers, very bouncy and stiff, bad for city driving, especailly in calgary.... very good on smooth new pavement. have had them for 3 yrs or more, very good quality. good for the track, go with adjustable dampening if you got the $$$$$$$$$!!!

Yeah.. I would except that I'm bad luck around cars, everytime I touch my car I tend to break something. Its well worth the money to have someone who knows what there doing do it than me break something more expensive.

i have the hitec kit and its perfect for me. the ride is great. Its basically a 1.5" drop front and back. I drive it in the winter too, no complaints.
