    Good Times

    So, I just registered with this site, and that was at the guidance of some guy I met at the intersection of Nosehill and Crowchild. But anyways I was just looking through the site, and it looks like you do some pretty cool things, like the drives out to Banff and Bragg Creek and such. My question I guess is how often you do that type of thing? because I would love to join in the festivities, and meet some of you other VW enthusiasts. Anyways yeah, I just wanted to say the site is awesome, thanks to who ever that was at the intersection for giving me the heads up, and you all seem to have really nice cars. have a good night,

    Welcome to the boards!
    We all don't have nice cars.. But at least they all have one thing in common.. A VW emblem! OOPS! I forgot about our prez.. He owns a Smart car!

        lol dave remember i have not 1 vw emblem on my exterior either

          I still have a VW emblem in my brain somewhere, but yes thanks for joining up and keep your eyes on the events section and thats where all the info about cruises, meets and stuff is posted. I think there is a Bragg Creek cruise this weekend too!

              Welcome to the boards!! The cruises will likely be winding down for the season but we will have more in the spring for sure. Our monthly meets will continue to happen though.

                        i tried to be cooler but its quite hard what with being a computer nerd and all.. but also having a rad car and getting in shape helps the cool factor also.. overall i'd say i'm at like 75% on the cool scale as of late.... i no longer have a ball and chain which also could decrease my cool factor.. so i think i need to find another partner in order to give myself positive cool.

                          LOL...good explanation Ryan. I definatley have negative cool if not only for the fact that I am an Engineer , just as bad as a IT nerd in most peoples eyes
