Re: Anyone looking for a new car???

    I wish I could afford a beater, pout. :(

I have to drive my 2003 Golf this winter I can't garage it. Now if i win the cash on I listen to Joe which is now 16,000 I could buy a beater and have my bills paid for the next year, and do mods.

I know Wishful thinking on my part.

Bah! Cars are meant to be driven... rock chips give character!
I think the only reason fora winter car would be if you owned a full out sports car that couldnt handle winter... I guess if you have the means to do so.. but I think its a bit of a waste.
I throw on my stock bumper, I have a hood bra, and winter wheels and Im set!

next winter i'll actually be doing that mark. i miss driving my jetta in the winter.. its a fab car for the snow.. i just have to take roads with less gravel lol..

in all honesty if i lived back by red deer i'd drive my car with the full body kit year round.. sure i'd plow but it wouldn't get chipped to crap since they actually sand the roads not rock them.

I wish I could afford a hood bra and another bumper, I'm still fretting over oil pan heater, coolant heater, Snow tires, and how I'm going to pay for it all.

I want to go home to Vancouver Island at Xmas to see my Mom, because I don't know if it will be her last or not. This weighing pretty heavy on my mind these days which why I'm working my butt off all over the place in Edmonton in several group homes for 1 agency. I really need full time work in one place but nothing is forth coming that makes me go yes that is for me.

You guys brighten my day with all your great advice, jokes etc...

BTW I'm not trying to be a downer that is just where I'm at these days regarding my Mom.
