can't beat that.. in all honesty OEM stereos are starting to get better than aftermarket ones anyways.. if they gave an easy way to add subs it would be awesome..

Sweet idea, I wonder what MP3 player manufactures it will support?

But aftermarket systems have full color nav, play mp3's and dvds, and you can certainly buy much better speakers, so I still don't get it... yeah its better than before but I think the aftermarket will always be a step ahead.

Werd. I prefer the clean look of a stock HU to the flashy "steal me" look of aftermarket setups. And stock systems are starting to sound pretty good. I only put subs in cars that don't have a decent sounding stock setup.

true kris.. aftermarket will always be ahead but it depends on what you want.. whenever my damn avic brain comes back from repair its going back into my car but right now i'm rocking my stock HU again and it sounds fine for me..

the best one to date is the delta6 i sold mike.. that thing sounded so damn good in my car..

Yep, I am lovin' it. It sounds good, and it looks good because all of those EQ knobbies are retractable and there is no uggo tape drive.

I read this last week or so but I believe it doesn't use any mp3 players but you can just add a usb storage device with mp3's on it and it will play them. In eccence I thin it will be its own mp3 palyer with removable storage. Pretty cool idea either way.

Get an amp that will take line level input, like some of the new alpines. Then use these onto the rear channel speakers:

                            http://ecommas.tycoelectronics.com/c..._0304_006_.pdf

Radioshack sells similar ones like $3 for 10. No soldering/cutting/taping etc. Just push the blade through and clip it shut.
