Where would I look at buying a skid plate from?

Hey Guys if I buy the parts could you help me put in the the Zerostart Coolant Heater?

I could come down that way on the 22 of october provided the roads are still good and all.

I was told about the stick on heaters too catching fire so I'm like what do I do? My car is not lowered so would i need a Skid plate or is that for only lowered cars?

The OEM heater is stick-on...

I think its probably one of those cases where it happened once or with 1 particular product and now they all have a bad reputation.
