Only the GLi's and GTi AE's need 16" steelies to clear the brakes. On regular Golf's and Jettas, 1.8T and VR6, 15's will fit.

15" OEM Steelies, yes. The non-OEM steelies in 15" I had would not clear the callipers on my VR6. When I swapped out the generic for OEM, I was able to squeeze 15" on my car.

Hi all,

I talked to mytires.ca and he recommended the Kumho KW19,
but I was interested also in the KW17's also.
Has anyone used any of these two models, if so
which you prefer, it will be for mainly city driving.
I cannot decided between the two.
