    Hardwood Trunk?

We have some hardwood laminate left over from the basement development. So what do you think, hardwood floor the trunk?
I think it would be kind of neat, and you don't see it to much, it would make a good base for the battery too.

Any of you know any cons of doing this.

(no idea why it wont show the picture)

Interesting, but if that is all that is wood, might be out of place.

How would you finish the edges? Might look funny with just the wood meeting up with the carpet. Also it would make it a pain to get at the spare (if you need to do that). The bottom piece can flex and the edge folds up to get it out of the trunk, and it will be rigid with wood.

But think of the tap-dancers he can have hopping in his trunk!
