Slight stutter at idle (sitting in traffic)

Guys my 03 stock 1.8T sometimes stutters at lights. Like I'll be sitting there and it will idle at 800rpm and every once in a while it will drop to like 650 and the car will slightly shudder. Whats up with that?

My car does this everyonce and a while too, just something they do I think?

Yeah every car I have had does this if you listen carefully at idle for a while
