hey guys my 02 jetta 1.8t when going over bumps makes this swooosh noise sorta like how the turbo sounds but not quite that high pitched as the turbo sound, but its really similar....I dont know if i had my music too loud before or if it just started making this noise....I was thinking about getting it checked out by vw but they'll charge me an arm and a leg just to see what it is...if anyone knows what that could be please let me know.. thanks

Since I have ridden in you car I can say that it is the shocks, you don't have any strange noises, unless it has started since the drive we went on.Barry

yeah like i looked over the list of what services they claim needed to be done and it said like; synthetic oil change, brake flush, replace air filter, replace pollen filter, and like road test. Now i dont understand how those services add upto $469+tax??..she also said just an oil change is $69.00 for synthetic im just going to get the oil change and then replace the air filter at home and save some money
